How are damage claims processed?
Upon receipt of the new claim notification, our Claims Center will have an overnight label sent to you via email.
Once received, simply pack up your damaged iPhone and either drop the package at a UPS drop box, or at any UPS store.
Once the iPhone is received the serial number will be verified and a claim payment will be issued for your coverage amount less deductible. Coverage amounts are based on AT&T's early upgrade pricing for existing iPhone customers.
How are theft claims processed?
In the unfortunate event of a theft, three documents are required to process the claim.
- Police Report
- Proof of Ownership
- A brief Statement of events from you as the insured independent of the Police Report
Once all documents are received the claim will be reviewed and a claim payment sent for your coverage amount less deductible. Coverage amounts are based on AT&T's early upgrade pricing for existing iPhone customers.
Where am I covered?
All of our domestic policies cover you in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. If you choose international from 'Where do you travel' dropdown you will receive World Wide Coverage.
How often do I have to pay the premium?
All of our policies are paid once a year in full. There are no monthly fees.
