How are damage claims processed?
Upon receipt of the new claim notification, our Claims Center will have one of our national repair depots either send a box kit to the specified address, or email a pre-paid shipping label. Once received, the equipment will be evaluated and covered damages will be repaired.
How are theft claims processed?
In the unfortunate event of a theft, three documents are required to process the claim.
- Police Report
- Proof of Ownership
- Statement of events from insured independent of the Police Report
Once all documents are received the claims will be reviewed by a Claims Examiner.
Where am I covered?
All of our domestic policies cover you in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. If you choose international from 'Where do you travel' dropdown you will receive World Wide Coverage.
How often do I have to pay the premium?
The premium is a one time payment at the start of the selected policy term.
