A policy represents customers who have an existing policy that they need to renew, or pay additional premium for products added to the policy. An application is not yet a policy. You would have an application if you started the process online, but did not complete the payment process, or if you were being offered a new policy type due to underwriting changes.

You should have received a document indicating an open balance. Your Policy Prefix and Policy Number will be located near the top of that document.

Your application number is indicated on the email you received, or near the top of the document mailed to your attention.

You must use the phone number you provided when you initially signed up with Safeware otherwise the system will not be able to match verify account.
